Christmas In the Country

Sunday, January 3, 2010, AJ and ME traveled
north about 45 miles into the Country to
celebrate Christmas with our 2 Boys and
their Families.
We first ate lunch.
Julie had made a big pot of
chicken & noodles,
I brought a platter of fried chicken livers,
Jen brought loaves of gourmet breads
and Danishes, and Carolyn made brownies.
Lunch was wonderful!
We then all settled into the living room around
the Christmas Tree for Gift Opening.
Grampy (AJ) is helping Ryan with a gift.
Carolyn is opening a stack! of gifts
.
Madison helped with Kaden throught out the day.

Kaden has to make sure Aunt Jen is
in sight at all times!

Ryan got a stack of gifts also. The 3 gifts were
all clothing.....

so Ryan says,
"NO toys?, I'll just play with the hangers!"
Love the hat Madison.
Jen got Julie a very trendy picture frame
and wire topper.
This will look nice in Julie's new home.

Jen got a Gift Card, from Carolyn,
to her favorite Home Furnishing Boutique,
"The Market".
Alisha was happy with Julie's gift to her,
an OSU Sweatshirt.
"Go Cowboys"
A "Brandy Angel" for Julie to add to her
collection.

"Madison, I'll make your aching back feel better!"

And the Gift Opening went on and on.....

and on and on!

Aunt Julie's, Uncle Wade's and Ryan's
gift really got Madison's attention.

Madison loves books, so this hit the spot.

"Push here Ryan and this will make a noise
that will drive Mom and Dad crazy!"

More clothes, boring for Ryan but
fun for Mom.

Girly-Girly Perfume.

Did I says boring clothes?
PJ bottoms on the head!

Ryan has a great idea for this jumbo bag Uncle Paul.

Can you find Ryan?

At the end of the afternoon we all felt like this,
but Kaden was the only one that had the
good sense to do it!
~~~
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
