BIG BOAT TRIP.....Jen, Wade & Madison

Jen and Wade grew up in 2 Modest Middle Class Family's.

Their Mom's and Dad's worked very hard to raise the Kids.

These Kids had everything they needed, and that took alot

of the incomes the Mom's & Dad's made.

Vacations were usually going and seeing out of state Family.

Or week-end, in-state traveling.

Well these Kids are now seeing the USA and the World,

one trip a year,

and they are taking their Daughter along for the ride.

They decided now that Madison is older they will give her

Memories of Disney World, The Alamo, Padre Island & The Gulf....

and this year a 7 Day Carnival Cruise.

This is what they woke up to every morning.
Ocean on all sides and no land in sight!

Jen was so afraid she would get Sea Sick she bought
all kinds of Stuff for the illness.
She never used any of it.
These smiles are for real, no puke bags in sight!

Wade did alot of reading and just plain relaxing.
He did not Crunch one Number for 7 Days.

Jen said Madison would have been at the many

swimming pools 24-7. So she did alot of lounging

by the pools and

drinking Pina Coladas (Virgin, no Rum, of course)

with Little Paper Umbrellas.

Madison also liked the Pineapple & Coconut
concoctions.

There was one night they had to get all gussied

up for "The Captians Dinner". The rest of the

time it was ultra-casual, except.......

Jen said all the Senior Passengers (in their 80's)

dressed Cruisey all the time.

She said the Senior Ladies wore alot of Torquoise color

and the Senior Men wore all White...

Pants, Shirts and Shoes.

Well, I'm with the Seniors! If you are going to

Cruise the Caribbean,

do it in style!

Madison looked like a Tourist in Cazumel.

Somewhere, and you will have to ask Jen,

they got to get off the Big Boat and

and have some fun in the Ocean's Salt Water.

They went Snorkling. That's Jen waving.

She said the water was crystal clear and

she saw Salt Water Fish and Corrals...

just like in the Denist Office!

They also got to Swim with the Sting Rays!

This is a Large Sting Ray laying on Jen's tummy.

Now that's Fun! (????)

Jen said the Trip also had a down side to it.

She said most People are very poor and try

to sell anything.

These are Fresh Coconuts for sale $3.00 each.

This Lady sits all day weaving Straw Bags,

hoping someone will buy one.

One thing Madison wanted so bad

was to have her hair braided and beaded.

This Lady just walks around with her little

bag, that Madison is holding, and offers to

braid hair. This is just on the sidewalk and you

can see Wade's knee where he is sitting on the curb.

Well Madison got the braids and loved them.

The only problem was they were so tight she

could not sleep that night, so Jen had to take

them out.

This is Jen and Madison in a T-Shirt Shop.

She said the Shop was the size of my Tiny Bathroom.

We did all get T-Shirts as souvenirs.

She also said

the People there loved having their pictures taken.

This is just a drop in the Bucket of the many

pictures Jen took.

So I am now warning you,

if you go to

Jen & Wade's be prepared to look at the

Vacation Pictures!!!

Busy Week-end for ME...with my Kids!

This picture got out of order, but keep reading

and you will find out where you too can

get this Lunch....Steak & 1/2 Roasted Chicken!

Sooooo Goood was it!!!!!

The "Busy" started out at 4:00 AM Sat. morning

when I took Wade, Jen and Madison to the

airport. They were headed to Fl. to board a

Carnaval Ship for a Cruise.

This is what an 11 year old Tween looks like

at 4 in the morning.

When we got to the airport the 2 Girls

had to use the toilet...and that left

Wade alone to handle the luggage.

Soon the Girls were back and I kissed

all of them Good-bye and wished them a

Bon Voyage!
The rest of the Sat. was spent running

a few errands and trying to catch up

on the few hours of sleep I missed that morning.

Sunday was Father's Day and the

Family all gathered at the

Texas Roadhouse for lunch.

(That is the Lunch you saw at the begining.)

We had to wait for an hour and a half for

our table.
When we finally sat down it was well

worth the wait.

The service was pretty good for how busy

they were. The only real gripe was the

Waitress brought us our Dinner Rolls

after we had finished our meals. But you

know we really didn't need them.

So it really wasn't a big thing!

The 2 Little Guys were perfect!

When we finally got our Dinner Rolls, Ryan said
"He was so Happy"!

And this Little Prince Charming was

Non-stop Happy.....

and ate anything and everything

Mom put in front of him.

I did not get to visit much with the

far end of the table...and I hate that,

because I really would like to have caught

up on what they were all doing, besides

having a New Baby anytime!

Well here is the Bunch after Lunch!

We were all so full and it was so very hot...

like over 100 degrees!.....

all we could think about was getting into

the cars and heading home for a Nap!

A fast and Busy week-end for

AJ & ME.....
