You're all Invited!!!!!

No, this is not Cattleman's Restaurant in Cow Town.
But it looks like a meal you can purchase there
for "Big Bucks".
Salad, Baked Potato and
Lamb Fries.
~
AJ & ME really like Lamb Fries.
Fries can also be Pig, Calf and Turkey.
~
These Fries are coated in cornmeal and deep fried.
You can eat them plain or dip them in
Shrimp Sauce or Ranch Dressing.
MMMM-good!
~
We have 10 pounds of this delicacy.
We are willing to share these with Friends & Loved Ones.
The only person to date, that wants to dine
with us is Madison.
She is only 9 years old and doesn't quite comprehend
Lamb Fries.
~
If you can just not think of "What" you are eating,
and just "Eat" and enjoy the Fries they are
Great.
~
Now you all know AJ & ME's phone number,
so just give us a call and we will set up
a time for a Lamb Fry.
Don't be Shy, Lamb Fries are just a call away.
~
If the line is busy, keep trying.
Your call is important to us.

Lookin Good at 84.... in a Bikini ????

Yap! This is our 84 year old (in people years, 12 in dog years)
Bathing Beauty, Miss Hillery.
Isn't she lovely all dress up in her beachware.
She is wearing a 2 piece Bikini in a Tropical Print,
with a Boy Cut bottom and halter top.
Around her neck she has matching Goggles.
~~~
The suit is not to revealing, and was perfect for her Sunday
outing at the Community Center Swimming Pool.
They were holding an end of the swimming season
Dog Swim and Beauty Contest.
Every year, the last day before they shut down the pool for the summer,
the Center lets you bring your Dog for a free dip in the pool.
They also have a Dog Beauty Contest, and......
~~~

yes our Hillery WON!!!!!!!
~~~
Hillery is 12 years old, 84 in people years, but she still
is in nice shape. The tummy is still trim and flat, small hips
with no sign of cellulite and a very strong, active tail.
The only thing that really gives her age away is the gray hairs.
Hill was born a solid black Lab with just some white on her chest.
Now we see a very gray face and feet.
But who even notices it ( ?) with that
"Big Charming Smile"
she gives everyone.
~~~~

This is her First Place Trophy.
Isn't it a Dandy!!!!
~~~
The (faux) Solid Gold Dog even looks like Hillery.
We are so proud of her.
You are probably wondering if Hill will continue on with
more Contests and Pageants.
Sorry to say "NO". She has decided to quit while she
is at the top.
~
She has gone back to seclusion.
She is living comfortably behind an 8 foot privacy fence.
Her days are spent in air conditioning and lounging on her sofa.
Her evenings are spent with her Best Friend Teddy and
proud Owner Madison.
~
Congratulations Hillery, on your Win!!!!!!
Meet Pee--Pot
One morning AJ went into the loft and look up and there was this Baby.
He was all feather out and past the the age to band.
(You band Babies at about 10 days old)
AJ had no idea there had been an egg in the nest over head and that it had hatched.
He got some liquid soap and soaped up the little foot and did get a
band on the Baby.
You can not show a Bird at a Pigeon Show unless it has a band, and this Guy
looked like he might have some potential.
~~~
AJ likes to be close with his Birds. When AJ is in the loft the Birds
ride on his back and shoulders and perch on his head. This Little Guy
made himself comfortable on AJ's tummy. He felt so safe and comfey
that he just peed all over AJ.
~~~
Isn't that just what Babies do?
I Love "DOLLAR TREE" !!!
I love the Dollar Tree.
This store has been in my town for about 2 years
and it is so fun! It has aisles of stuff and nothing is over
$1.00...Whoopy!!!
~~~
It is really a fun place to take a Kid.
You enter the Store and you tell the Kid
"You can have 1 of anything you want,
(2 if they have been extra good) and all it is going to cost you is
$1.00!!!!
While AJ was on sick leave after his ablation,
him and Madison wondered the aisles of Dollar Tree one afternoon.
Even he enjoyed just browsing.
~~~
One of the favorite things Madison likes to pick out
is these figures that are small and you put them
in water and they grow.
Boy! do they grow.
We have had Dogs, Bugs, Food Shapes, Snakes, Lizzards
and the last one we got was this Star Fish.
Let them dry out and they shrink back small,
put them in water again and they grow.
Check out a Dollar Tree,
I bet you'll enjoy it!
~~~
They even have $1.00 bags of Bird Seed so you can feed the Wild Birds.

HIGH MAINTENANCE

Meet Madison,
the only Daughter of my only Daughter.
The only Granddaughter that lives a Blink from ME.
The only Granddaughter that I have helped raise since
birth. The only Baby that I ever saw born in person
( I did not even see my own 3 Babies born). The
reason I am called Mimi instead of the dreaded
"Grandma".
The only Grandchild that is legally mine if, GOD FORBID, anything
would happen to Mom & Dad.
The only Grandchild I seen daily.
And again the only Daughter of my only "Beloved Daughter".
~~~
Madison is very much
HIGH MAINTENANCE!
Urban Dictionary: Requiring alot of attention, Fussy, Particular,
Difficult, High expectations, Sometimes annoying, Finicky,
and Temperamental.
Yes! these all fit Madison.
Requiring Attention-because of the Only-Child Syndrome, she does require
and does get alot of attention. There are no siblings so she must rely/depend
on adults to intertain and play with her. Her Daddy is her best Play-mate.
~
Fussy & Particular-You Bet!
Even when she was a toddler the hair had to be just right,
the bows in her hair had to match her clothes,
she still fusses over clothes and matching shoes.
~
Difficult-Yes she is at times.
She knows quite a few words in other languages,
Spanish, French and German. But somehow she can not
comprehend the word "NO" in English.
~
High Expectations- Yes of herself only.
She is a very book-smart 9 year old. She gets perfect grades.
She has been in Ballet since she was 2 years old.
This year she will learn Jazz Dance.
She works very hard to learn new things and does
try to do her best.
~
Sometimes Annoying- Oh yeah! Her mouth never stops,
Why?...When?... How?... Can I?...Why Not?...Look at this... Look at that...
Help me...Will you?...Can we?...Not now... in a minute!... Lets go...
Please do this... Please do that...and so on and so on all
day long!!!!
~
Finicky-Yes but in a good way.
She wants nice things and wants to look nice.
She has over come the Finicky Eating habits and now will at least trys
different food and usually likes them.
~
Temperamental-yes but aren't we all.
She has good days and bad days.
Her feelings get hurt very easily.
She embarrasses easily.
Crys at the drop of a hat.
Has no patients and
can throw the best Hissy-fit ever.
~~~

Would I change this 9 year old. No way!
She did not ask to be an only child ?, it was just fate.
Is it her fault she is loved and doted on by her close family? No.
Can we see her faults? Yes. But we also see so much-much more.
She is a loving child, she is loyal to her family & friends, she looks for the good
in everyone, she loves to share, very compassionate,
loves animals and babies, most of the time respectful to her elders,
is a fast learner, is mannerly in restuarants and gets along well with her Teachers.
And one of the things I like best about Madison is
she has
ATTITUDE....!!!
And she is the Only Daughter of my Only Daughter.
~~~
