Peek-a-boo Where's Dottie?

Where is Waldo? or should I say Dottie...This Kitty is driving me up the wall. I am at my wits end!

Never...never have I had a Kitten/Cat that climbed any higher then the cupboard counter. Oh what is a Mom to do?
